INCENTIVE:Proinsias Cassidy is hedonistic; very rarely does he limit what he over indulges in and on the surface, there's very little that he would want that he doesn't think he can't get for himself already. Except for one thing. The sun. Immortality has allowed him to experience life to its fullest. The inability to die means that he can jump from planes without a parachute, he can drink and do drugs past a healthy limit, but he can't go outside when the sun is shining. His skin burns, catching fire, but it's beautiful and he misses the normalcy of it, being able to walk out and feel the gentle warmth on his face. In exchange for living in Eudio, and all that that entails, the representative would offer Cassidy the ability to walk in the daylight again, something he wants very much.
FIT:Cassidy would fit well into Eudio because of the exclusion that it would offer him, as well as it being a place that encourages intimacy, which is something that he craves. Both areas make him a good fit and show that he'd behave himself simply for the incentive and being allowed to stay.
Being on the run from vampire hunting religious vigilantes who keep managing to track him down is exhausting. If he isn't careful, doesn't lay low and watch his back, they'll get the best of him and that'd be the end of 119 year lucky streak. Even though he's sometimes jaded by his immortality, Cassidy doesn't actually want to die. In Eudio, he would be so far removed from their threat, that the relative safety of not being hunted would be an incentive all on its own.
When it comes to intimacy, over a hundred years of living have given him a very open view of what that might mean. He enjoys physical intimacy most, and desires emotional intimacy even if he's slightly stunted where that's concerned. Cassidy doesn't prefer one gender over the other, everyone's beautiful in their own way, and he likes to experiment when it comes to sex. In Eudio, he'd be in an environment where he could feel safe enough to be able to consider exploring emotional intimacy as well as what he already knows he likes physically.
CONSENT:Consent to Cassidy means permission, and he knows well what it means to have someone act without having had it expressly given to them first. He lives in a world where he honestly believes that there's never a need to take without having consent first. People are more open, willing to experiment, and there's someone out there for everybody. If he wants sex, he knows he can find someone willing to participate, and he thinks that anyone that crosses that line without asking first is proper shite.
The only time canonically that he does something without permission first is when he steals a bottle or two of communion wine from the storage room in the church he works for. He admits what he'd done and promises to pay for it, his actions showing that he'd done it to get attention from the preacher. Even though he'd acted without permission, he's perfectly capable of behaving and doing anything that broaches on breaking the rule of consent. When in Eudio, the incentive the representative offered him, as well as all the added incentives, are more than enough to guarantee that he wouldn't do something like stealing wine from someone here. The long term reward outweighs how he might feel to have a little bit of alcohol that he didn't have to pay for.

ANYTHING ELSE?Immortality: He doesn't age or get sick, but he can still get injured. If he breaks a bone or is hit by a car, his body still has to heal and it takes time, plus blood (animal or human) to do so.
Regenerative Durability: Falling from 30,000 feet did an extreme amount of damage to his body, but he survived and was able to heal by drinking blood from a cow.
Strength: As a vampire, he's extremely strong, though he rarely uses it.
Fighter: He fights using his whole body, the style more of 'street' and brawling than anything with finesse.
